You must be wondering what is this topic about . Well, as all of us know when your pregnant , one should eat healthy, watch their diet and exercise . That is the only time most of the people start browsing the net looking for fiber and nutrition rich foods and simple exercises.
Why should one be concerned about what and when and how to eat only when your pregnant? Its very obvious right , its for the baby growing inside you.
But why is the same concern missing when the baby is out? We anyways have to live healthy to take care of people whom we love and share our lives with .
There are some simple checklist which you can follow daily , so you dont have to go the extra mile to lose weight or watch your diet when your down with illness. Just ask yourself these questions end of each day and in few days you will feel and also start looking great and energetic.
- Did I sleep for 7-8 hours last night?

- Did I drink at-least 2 litres of water today?
- Did I start the day with good and healthy breakfast?
- Did I have at least 3 servings of vegetables today?
- Did I have 2 fruits today?
- Did I snack healthy or opted for deep fried food?
- Did I include whole grains to my meals?
- Did I exercise or did some physical activity like climbing stairs or walking?
- Did I drink 2-3 glasses of milk or milk products?
- Did I finish my dinner 2 -3 hrs before bedtime?
The list might seem long for a start up. Try taking a printout of the above checkpoints and stick it near your mirror or fridge door or someplace which you have access daily . Trust me, in no time, you will be forced to ask yourself these questions and you will end up following most of it.
