Strawberry milkshake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups milk( fat free or 1% )

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract( optional)

  • 1 teaspoon Whey protein Mix (optional)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
