Ingredients
- 4 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1cupt fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 seedless grapes
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and diced medium
- 2 Granny Smith and red apples, peeled, cored, diced medium and tossed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent oxidation
- 2 bananas
- 2 orangestangerines peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice or 4 tsp of lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 tsp honey
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup frosted cornflakes/cereals(optional)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine all the cut fruits( use whatever fruits you have).
2. In another bowl mix the orange/lime juice with salt , pepper and honey till it combines fully.
3. Now mix the fruits with the orange/lime dressing and chopped walnuts.
4. Just before serving sprinkle the crushed cornflakes over the chilled fruits salad to avoid the cornflakes from getting soggy.
