Most of us will be looking out for some snacks or fried items in the evenings when we are hungry . This is time which we need to make sure we grab the healthy stuff and something which is healthy and keeps us full for a longer time. I always have a blueberry milkshake in the evenings and it keeps me full till my dinner time. It is also one of my secrets of being fit and young as blueberries are loaded with antioxidant. Hope this will be your favorite drink too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup 1 %/ or 2% milk
  • 1 tsp honey/sugar
  • 1 banana sliced(optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender add the frozen blueberries .
  2. Add in the milk and honey and allow to blend
  3. blend it for 2-5 min till it gets frothy.
  4. Pour in a glass and top it with some berries.
  5. Ready to serve.

Is frozen vegetables/fruits better option than the fresh ones?

yes , frozen is better here in US as they freeze the fruit or veg at its peak season and whn it is fresh.
