Do people get surprised about your age? Do you look older than what you are? Then its time for your refrigerator make over. Stock your fridge with these wonder foods.

Simply change your diet plan to brush away the months of neglect. Good luck! Stay Young!

Firm Skin

Sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and cantaloupe.

These fruits and veggies replenish your skin’s supply of anti-oxidants. These anti-oxidants suppress the free radicals when they make an appearance. Free radicals make your skin more prone to dryness and wrinkles.

Wrinkle free skin

Citrus fruits-Oranges, Lemons, Limes and Grapefruits

These wonder fruits keep Vitamin C levels high in your body. It not only boosts your immunity, but it keeps the Collagen, the supportive protein fibers that stop skin from sagging. Collagen breakdown picks up in your mid-30s. If you are in your 20s and early 30s, you still have time.

Acne free skin

Green Tea

The anti-oxidant in green tea- EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) puts a damper on inflammatory chemicals involved in acne and sun-related skin aging. It helps to prevent skin cancer. Components of green tea-L-theanine, a de-tensing amino acid keeps your stress levels in check which in turn keeps your collagen fibers intact.

Healthy skin

Spinach, turnip greens, and broccoli.

These supply a hefty supply of Vitamin -A. It supports skin-cell turnover, the process that keeps cell growth and development humming along flawlessly. Without enough A, skin becomes dry, tough, and scaly.

Young and supple skin

Salmon, trout, tuna, sardines, Atlantic mackerel, Pacific herring, and most shellfish.

Omega-3s fight inflammation, now considered one of the top skin agers, and they also help protect against sunburn, enhancing the effects of your sunscreen’s SPF. Protein is required to build and repair skin cells and to make enzymes and hormones that help keep it glowing. Eating at least one serving of fish a week and getting the right amount of antioxidants through diet or supplements lowers your biological age up to 6 yrs younger.
